Polimerstroy LLC is a manufacturing company that has been operating since 1997. The company specializes in the supply of pipes and pipeline fittings with anti-corrosion and thermal insulation coatings for the needs of the fuel and energy complex of Russia and the CIS countries, and also carries out construction and installation work as a general contractor at capital construction sites and reconstruction of the fuel and energy complex.
Types of coatings applied and products manufactured:
- polyurethane foam thermal insulation of pipes and SDT;
- internal epoxy coating of pipes and SDT, including a line of our own coatings for NKT pipes (Long Save Ferrum);
- external epoxy coating of pipes and SDT;
- external thermosetting coating of SDT;
- external anti-corrosion polyethylene coating of pipes;
- Pipeline joint insulation kits;
- Metal structures (piles and pipeline supports in the ACP).
The manufactured products are confirmed by certificates of conformity for large companies in the oil and gas industry.
NSC "Buran" - engineering and technological support for well completion. The list of services includes:
- Consulting services for the selection of well completion technologies for subsoil users;
- Selection and sale of equipment;
- Consulting on equipment design;
- Support for testing equipment of third-party organizations on test stands of ZNO "Buran" validation V3 and V0;
- Consulting services for testing equipment at the sites of third-party organizations;
- Provision of services for working with column equipment for cementing wells and equipment for lower well completion;
- Conducting an independent examination.
