Xibu Industrial LLC is an example of a successful project to localize production in Russia within the framework of the import substitution program for technological products, the consumers of which are companies of steel I industry — one of the strategically important sectors of the Russian economy. The founder of Xibu Industrial LLC is the Chinese company Henap Xibao Metallurgical Materials Group, which is widely represented in the market of China and CIS countries with its products for metallurgical companies.
In July 2024 Xibu Industrial LLC has launched the first stage of the production site located on the territory of the Lipetsk SEZ — a workshop for the production of granular slag-forming mixes for casting steel at the CCM (mold flu x) with a capacity of 2400 tons per month. In parallel, work is underway on the constuction of the second stage — a workshop for the production of isostatic refractories.
