UEMZ-NT LLC is a dedicated enterprise producing steel shot for processing purposes. For 20+ years, we have been continuously improving various processes and leading the industry of innovative production solutions, which results in top-quality products only.
The culmination of our efforts is represented by the Premium Shot from the Extra Series currently unrivaled on the steel shot market.
The unique nature of our product resides in the combination of outstanding engineering features:
- Perfect microstructure consisting of fine-needled martensite and bainite (the needle size is 2—4 µm);
- Distributed carbides ensure minimal carbide network rates (3 or less);
- Due to near-complete absence of a decarburized layer, the shot surface hardness parameters correspond to those claimed and measured during laboratory testing;
- The number of such internal flaws as cracks, shrinkage porosity, and holes is significantly lower (almost twice as low) as compared to those of marketed products;
- Absence of non-metallic inclusions in steel, coupled with the advantages mentioned above, result in even higher shot performance and processing results;
- Complete dedusting of cast shot and grit has a favorable effect on both the surface cleaning efficiency and equipment components.
Thus, we create a shot-blasting product enabling optimal parameters and results.
