The Nizhny Novgorod enterprise ZVM LLC is one of the main manufacturers of titanium products, founded in 2016 by the owners of Ruspolymet PJSC and the association of independent titanium manufacturers Tinvest LLC.
The products of ZVM LLC are titanium ingots of various titanium alloys. Within the industrial cooperation with Ruspolymet PJSC more than 500 types of titanium products are produced from these ingots. The enterprise reached its design capacity of 900 t/year in 2021.
In the Russian Federation there are 4 enterprises where titanium ingots are produced, and only two of them are certified for the production of ingots usable in aviation. One of these enterprises is ZVM. The enterprise has passed all stages of certification and received the approval of the technology of the VIAM Institute. In addition, this is the only enterprise in Russia whose alloy production technology complies with the AMS World Standard. (Aerospace Material Specification). This is achieved by means of primary electron-beam remelting.
