Chelyabinsk Zinc Plant, JSC (CZP) is a vertically integrated company offering the full technological cycle of zinc metal production: from the ore mining and processing to the production of finished products in the form of refined zinc and its alloys. CZP was established
on July 14, 1935.
CZP is an enterprise of the UMMC metallurgical complex and the sole Russian producer of Special High Grade zinc and alloys based on it. In addition to zinc, the enterprise also produces sulfuric acid, indium of In00 and In0000 grade, alloy of POIn52 grade, cadmium and technical zinc sulfate.
The operating process fully complies with the most stringent environmental and labor safety requirements as evidenced by the data of systematic monitoring by the organizations performing supervision.
