Sukhoy Log Refractory Plant, JSC is one of the leading industrial enterprises for the production of silica-alumina refractories and high-temperature thermal insulation in Russia.
The company manufactures the following products:
- The refractory products with a wide range of dense molded fireclay and high-alumina refractory items with an alumina oxide percentage up to 99%;
- Thermal insulation products are the porous items with low thermal conductivity and excellent heating characteristics covering the entire range of the products for use within 900—1800 °C. The use of thermal insulation products minimizes energy consumption in combination with the ability to withstand chemical exposure and exposure to high temperatures;
- The non-shaped refractories such as mortars, fillers and dry refractory castables with a wide range of applications up to 1800 °C. The range of refractory castables includes modern dense refractory castables SL CAST or heat-insulating concrete mixes SL ISOCAST, mixes with a low cement content or cement-free mixes SL CAST NC, self-spreading concrete mixes SL FLOW and mixes intended for gunning;
- Concrete products are the items made of the SL PRECAST refractory concrete including pieceworks and large-sized shape articles;
- High-temperature thermal insulation fibre is a lightweight insulating material that due to its properties is the most effective thermal insulation variant in modern furnace construction. The power efficient CERATERM blankets and ready for installation CERATERM modular blocks are available with a different density, chemistry, thickness and operating temperature up to 1300 °C;
- Fibre shaped refractories are made using vacuum moulding technology having distinctive heat-insulating properties and excellent heat resistance. They are produced as CERATERM boards of various shapes for convenience of installation and in the form of shaped products;
- Auxiliary products are facilitated the installation of linings using refractory materials such as high-temperature adhesives and mastics, binders, hardeners for ceramic fibre, protective coatings and thermal insulation blankets.
The Company renders services for the selection and replacement of refractory materials and products, the project development of linings, mounting and service maintenance.
