The Stroy-Progress Team has over 20 years of experience in high-speed cold stamping using multi-slide and multi-station press automation. Currently, we operate 30 presses with capacities ranging from 5 to 100 tons. We have a dedicated tooling department that designs and maintains technological tooling from scratch, ensuring uninterrupted production.
Our in-house design bureau specializes in the design and manufacturing of technological tooling (dies) and boasts over 30 years of experience in this field. The company independently develops around ten new parts each year and modifies an equal number of products based on customer requests. Our main products include small-sized items such as terminals, connectors, fasteners, washers, tips, brackets, and many others, primarily serving the automotive, electrical engineering, and furniture industries.
Since producing our first serial part for the Volga Automobile Plant in 2004, our team has significantly expanded to include around 50 highly qualified specialists. The Stroy-Progress production shop covers an area of over 3,000 square meters and is located in Oktyabrsky (Republic of Bashkortostan). Our convenient location at the intersection of federal highways M5 and M7 facilitates close manufacturing ties with enterprises in Bashkortostan, Tatarstan, and the Orenburg and Samara regions.
