Organizer of Metal-Expo’2010 deserves an excellent mark
More than 23 thousand of professionals in steel and related industries visited Metal-Expo’2010. A. Romanov, Co-chairman of Organizing Committee of Metal-Expo estimated at the closing ceremony of Metal-Expo’210 that the number of exhibitors in 2011 will grow by 30%. In additional to hall 75, the exhibition will be hosted in hall 69, The All-Russia Exhibition Center with the total space of more than 10 thousand sqm. The organizing Committee is going to announce a tender for construction of a passage between halls 75 and 69 where the expositions of manufacturers of steel structures for construction will be hosted. At its first meeting in December the Organizing Committee will discuss the concept of Metal-Expo’2011
Around 95% of Metal-Expo’2010 exhibitors have estimated the results of the exhibition as positive giving the Organizer of the event an excellent mark. The first three days of the exhibition were the busiest. CEOs and top managers of the largest steel companies visited the exhibition and participated in its program of events consisting of more than 40 conferences, round tables, and seminars.
In addition to traditional competitions some new ones including competitions for the best solutions to use of steel and aluminium in construction will be held next year. Holding of a conference dedicated to development of pipelines projects in Russia and the CIS is being also discussed. Thus, the program of events of Metal-Expo’2011 will be extended considerably and the number of participants will grow by more than 200 companies.
Organizer of Metal-Expo’2011 will also focus on the automotive, transportation, oil and gas, and construction industries. A. Romanov said at the Closing Ceremony of Metal-Expo’2010: In the second decade of the 21st century it is high time to build Russia!
