The members of the organizing Committee analyzed the results of Metal-Expo’2010 and discussed the outlook of Metal-Expo’2011 which will include not only 17 major segments of the ferrous and non-ferrous industries, but also will he held jointly with MetallStroyFrum’2011, an exhibition for steel products and structures for construction and MetaluurgMash’2011, an exhibition for equipment and technologies for the steel industry and metalworking.
When discussing the results of Metal-Expo’2010, the members of the Organizing Committee pointed out that the exhibition had exceeded the forecasts regarding the exhibition space as well as the numbers of exhibitors and visitors: for more than 23k professionals in various segments of the economy including fuel-energy complex, transportation, construction, machine-building, the automotive industry, ship-building etc. visited stands of more than 550 companies from 28 countries. The independent auditing results show that on the average 6 exhibitors worked on 1 stand (the total of more than 3k exhibitors), and on the average 224 professionals visited each stand which is a good showing for an industrial exhibition.
