Russian Steel became a member of Metal-Expo Organizing Committee

The decision on joining Metal-Expo Organizing Committee was made at a General Meeting of Non-Profit Partnership Russian Steel Managing Committee on February 9. Metal-Expo Organizing Committee consisting of more than 30 heads of industrial unions, associations, and institutions operating in the ferrous and non-ferrous sectors is among other things focused on composing of Metal-Expo program of events. The Organizing Committee holds its sessions every 3 months.
Non-Profit Partnership Russian Steel unites EvrazHolding, NLMK, MMK, Severstal, Metralloinvest, Mechel, TMK, and Industrial Metallurgical Holding. The members of the partnership account for 96% of the total pig Russian iron production, 89% of steel production, 87% of the domestic rolled products output as well as substantial share of steel raw materials.
